By engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
Services Provided
We offer a range of maintenance services as outlined on our website, including air-conditioning installation and repair, electrical wiring, plumbing, painting, roof repair, and renovation.
Our team performs services to the best of our ability and strives to meet all industry standards.cAny specific agreements or requests for additional services outside our standard offerings must be documented and agreed upon in writing.
Estimates and Payment
An initial consultation or quote may be provided at no charge. However, quotes are estimates and subject to change based on actual service needs.
We will provide a detailed invoice after completing the services. Full payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the invoice terms.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that service areas are accessible and free from hazards before our team’s arrival.
Any required permits, permissions, or clearances for our work are the client’s responsibility to arrange before the commencement of services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
AB Service and Maintenance reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or emergencies.
Warranty and Liability
We provide a limited warranty on our services, covering workmanship defects for a specified period (typically 30 days unless stated otherwise).
AB Service and Maintenance is not responsible for pre-existing damage, misuse, unauthorized alterations, or any issues outside the scope of our services.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Privacy and Data Use
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handle all personal information per our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data solely for service-related purposes, including communication, billing, and record-keeping.
